The Directors, Chris Will and Michaela Collett have extensive backgrounds in customer service.  Chris spent a number of years in the Christchurch Police and owns a number of Investment Properties. Michaela was an Assitant Manager at the Hilton Hotel in Syndey, and has been involved at RentWorks for over 4 years.

Property owners welcome their regular and highly detailed inspection reports allowing maintenance to be scheduled to keep properties fully tenanted at the best rents.

RentWorks Property Management Ltd^® Christchurch are handily located with good parking facilities and the company covers the complete metropolitan area of Christchurch including satellite townships. Owners are paid on a weekly basis. We have no tolerance for rent arrears and we know tenancy law in detail.
